We understand plans may change, and our Standard Cancellation Policy aims to offer flexibility and fairness for our guests. Due to the nature of our business, refunds vary depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Standard Policy
You have the flexibility to cancel your booking at any time before check-in. We strongly encourage you to communicate any changes promptly, keeping in mind the following refund structure:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a partial refund.
- No Refund: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date.
Additionally, please note that bookings made within 14 days of the check-in date are only eligible for a partial refund.
Example 1: 20 days before check-in | 100% refund of total booking amount |
Example 2: 10 days before check-in | 50% refund of total booking amount |
Example 3: 32 hours before check-in | 0% refund of total booking amount |
