Convenience and comfort are seamlessly integrated through our cutting-edge Control4 smart home system.

Within your haven, you'll find Control4 panels strategically placed to provide effortless access to the array of features at your fingertips:

  • A control panel is mounted on the wall in the dining room.
  • A control panel is located on the kitchen bench (unmounted).
  • A control panel is located upstairs in the office (unmounted).

Guests can only access Control4 via the panels inside the apartment; they will not have access to the app.

Our Control4 system empowers you to tailor your environment to your exact preferences. Here's a glimpse of the features at your disposal:

  • Lighting Control: Effortlessly illuminate or dim the ambiance to suit your mood with the touch of a button.

To easily filter between rooms and access specific functions, simply select the name of the desired room at the top of the screen (for example, "Entry").

A comprehensive list of every room in the apartment will appear, granting you effortless access to the features and controls tailored to each space.

Marble Surfaces

To maintain the pristine beauty of our marble surfaces, we kindly request that only water and a microfibre cloth be used for cleaning. Please ensure no streaks or water are left on the marble after use. Water left sitting on the surfaces will cause damage; please make use of all coasters.

Within your penthouse, you'll find several stunning marble features, each deserving of meticulous care:

  • The white marble bar.
  • The black marble dining table.
  • The black marble features to the right of the office desk.
  • The white marble bathroom benches.

We understand the allure of wanting to maintain these surfaces in their immaculate state, which is why we emphasize the importance of gentle cleaning methods. Any damages or streaking caused by the use of chemical products will incur a $250 fee to cover restoration costs.

Basement Carpark

Your designated underground parking awaits, located to the left of the Arcadia building.

To access it, we kindly ask you to enter via the right-hand side of the driveway, where you will find the scanner conveniently situated on the right-hand side.

Once inside the underground parking area, please proceed to park on the second lower level (B2). Your allocated parking spaces await beside the elevator and are clearly labelled as 4P for your convenience.

Strict No Party Policy

Parties are strictly prohibited in this penthouse. Prior approval is necessary for all events or additional visitors beyond those initially booked.

Excessive noise is always prohibited, especially during quiet hours, which are observed from 23:00 to 08:00. These hours ensure that all guests can enjoy uninterrupted rest and relaxation.

Bin Chute & Recycling

The bin chute is conveniently located on the left-hand side of the elevator. You can easily dispose of general rubbish through this chute.

We kindly ask you to dispose of recycling and electrical waste on the ground level. The door to the recycling room is located on the right-hand side of the elevator. Through this door, you'll find the appropriate facilities for responsibly recycling and disposing of electrical waste.
